All regular maintenance services are included in standard facility maintenance services contract while repairs and specialized services are added only and when needed. Maintenance and repairs of HVAC

This includes routine inspections and regular cleaning or replacement of all filters for heating and air-condition systems, as well as fast repairs should anything break downs.

Electrical Maintenance

Electrical maintenance commences with an electrical audit of the whole facility with solutions to issues identify and preventive maintenance plans established to ensure prolonged functioning of lighting systems. Essential parts must be stocked to resolve breakdowns immediately to avoid discomfort to clients.

Energy management system be discussed and agreed with contract owners to replace high energy consuming lights and equipment’s with equal energy saving devices to allow overall system efficiency by reducing cost of facilities operations.

Maintenance and Repairs of Interior 

The kitchen and restaurant get much foot traffic, which can be hard on interiors. We can paint and repair walls, refinish floors and replace carpeting as needed. And keep all lighting fixtures sparkling and functional.

Pest Control

Wherever there is food, pest can be a problem. Bluefeeder engineering services will schedule regular inspections for insect and rodent. And will efficiently handle any problem that crop up in a safe manner that will not impact food service.

This includes regular servicing of refrigerators, freezers, commercial mixers, mechanized cutters, stovetops, grills, and ovens. We clean and/or replace all filters, clean stove hoods and grease traps, and ensure that all equipments will pass any health inspections.
